Obesity is a major risk factor for a number of chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. For our information, unconscious overweight and obesity represent the fifth risk of death globally. At least 2.8 million adults died each year due to obesity. Therefore, we should be wise to prevent obesity because it can lead to many problems, especially health problems. We must remember that prevention is much better than cure. Hopefully after this Malaysians can be more careful about this issue and follow a good eating habit. We Malaysians must be healthy so that we can lead our country in achieving development.
