The planners of “NO body is perfect, but EVERY body is beautiful” have developed an evaluation project based on Model 3, in which quantitative results are used to highlight predominantly qualitative results. Qualitative methods that would be used in the evaluation project include Delphi techniques, focus group interviews, and in-depth participant interviews. Designers will use Delphi techniques to produce consensus through a series of questionnaires in order to bring about a change in attitudes related to the definition of true beauty during the program intervention. Delphi techniques have advantages such as constant contact between participants, better qualitative and quantitative response and reduced influence of others in distorting the results. The techniques also have disadvantages, including fewer clarification opportunities for the priority population, reduced immediate reinforcement, and a high cost and time commitment to conduct questionnaires and collect data. Focus group interviews will be conducted in order to obtain information about the feelings, opinions, perceptions, intuitions, beliefs, misconceptions, attitude and receptivity of the priority population regarding the idea of true beauty, self-confidence and knowledge of healthy lifestyles . Because focus group research grew out of group therapy, planners have confidence that this qualitative method will be beneficial to the priority population. The advantages that arise from this qualitative evaluation method include flexibility, creative atmosphere and ease of clarification, as well as low cost and convenience. Disadvantages of focus group interview evaluations include limited representativeness of participants, dependence on the skill of the moderator and the level...... half of the paper. These threats can be addressed by having participants in the experimental group sign a non-disclosure agreement so that participants in both groups are faithful to their results. External validity is defined as the extent to which the program can be projected to create similar outcomes in other populations. Making more effort to treat all participants equally and identically can offset threats to external validity. Planners will conduct a double-blind study, in which participants and evaluators will not be aware of which group the participants belong to. The chosen evaluation design provided both internal and external validity, as well as has sufficient influence to make it difficult to generalize the findings to other situations and yet accommodating to allow the findings to be generalized to similar school contexts.
