They are the unsung heroes of modern life and most people don't even know that most people use them. Dietary supplements can benefit everyone in one way or another. Since McDonald's, Whataburger and Burger King all have a major influence on people's lives and diets, we need to make sure we're giving our bodies the nutrients it needs. Dietary supplements offer a variety of these nutrients in pill and powder forms; they include things like bone meal and protein powder.
