Michael Jeffrey Jordan is a person everyone has heard of at some point in their life. Many consider him the greatest basketball player of all time. With his qualities and his ingenuity he never lost hope. “Always turn a negative situation into a positive situation” (“Michael Jordan Quotes”). This is what he was good at otherwise he wouldn't have won 6 national championships. An example of his qualities was that on June 11, 1997, Michael Jordan fell ill with the flu. He wasn't supposed to show up, but he was there during pre-game warmups. When the game started, Jordan was playing slowly, 60% is the normal game speed, and had to stop often to breathe. At the start of the second period the Bulls were trailing by 16 points. Then he got his spark and by the end of the quarter he had a total of 17 points! During the break Jordan spent his time filling up on fluids. In the Third Period it had slowed down again. It was useless. In the fourth and final period the Jazz led by 8.
