Elementary EducationBefore her tragic death in space, Christa McAuliffe left us with her inspiring words: “I touch the future. I teach." Ever since I was in second grade, I knew, without a doubt, that I wanted to be a teacher. After considering my options and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of being a teacher, I came to the conclusion that being an educator was the only profession that would satisfy me completely. As a result, I encountered a lot of criticism because of my decision. However, these opinions only encouraged me to strive to become an extraordinary teacher who will change lives and instill life-long knowledge in students. Teaching allows a person to achieve so many roles, including counselor, housekeeper, mom, dad, model, parole officer, nurse, nanny, babysitter, athlete, secretary, referee, analyst. computer scientist, psychologist and leader. Teachers change lives forever with their influence. Visualize a block of clay has shape, color, meaning or hope in itself. Someone has to make an effort to collect the clay and shape it into something beautiful. I believe that the teacher, the potter, takes his students, all the variations, intelligences and "colors", and does his best to mold them into something better. Each piece of clay is touched delicately, shaped delicately and focused intensely and determinedly. Some forms of clay are more difficult to shape, but it takes the potter more time and effort to shape it into something beautiful and desirable. That piece of clay will never be the same after the potter touches it. Encouraging teachers influences us to learn. Learning is the key to everything around us, and knowledge is the... center of the card ...... and very impressionistic, but they get bored and discouraged easily. By integrating exciting lesson plans and activities into the curriculum, I will show all my students how fun learning can be. Teachers are bright, charismatic, friendly, honest, organised, polite, caring, involved, reinforcing, well-spoken, encouraging, firm, reliable, intelligent and understanding people. These characteristics describe the type of teacher I will be. I want nothing more in the world than to see a child reach their limits and expectations. They are precious gifts that need care and understanding. So many people come in and out of our lives, but teachers are the ones who leave an everlasting imprint and shape the future of our society. “The supreme art of the teacher is to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.” -Albert Einstein
