Topic > Education is the backbone of democracy - 1085

Societies shy away from the power of the people, and some societies use democracy as a form of power. There are people who say that for a democracy to survive one does not need to be educated in all subjects, they also believe that asking questions or challenging “long-standing ideas” is a waste of time, because no results will be obtained from them. Then there are people who believe that someone needs to be educated just enough to survive and that questions or expression of opinions about "long-held ideas" should only be done when it is absolutely mandatory. Finally, there are people (like me) who disagree with the people above. These people believe that all education is important. They are the people who understand that asking questions and expressing displeasure with “long-held ideas” keeps democracy going. To further expand democracies, surviving people believe that some of the most terrible things come from obedience, but many people, including myself, believe that disobedience is what causes terrible things while obedience ends it all. A democracy would not exist without education and the ability to support a question or express a displeased opinion, nor would a democracy survive without obedience. No one would take a stand to allow democracy to survive if the nation was disobedient. Allowing people to gain knowledge, question ideas and express opinions; democracy has momentum. Education is the backbone of democracy; knowledge contains everything that is necessary for a democracy to survive. If the spine were straight, the body would not be able to move as much. The same idea applies to a democracy; If the people were not educated, democracy would have difficulty surviving because it would be devoid of... half the paper... the brain would realize that it is useless to fight the majority of the nation because democracy would not survive, since no one would be there to vote for the next leaders. People expressing their opinions contribute to a large extent to the survival of a democracy. A democracy can only survive if people express their opinions, ask questions and if society is polite. Disobedience leads to some of the most unfortunate things, such as death. People believe that the above information is 100% accurate, while others believe that none of it is true. Partly this is because people come from different places in the world and have many different opinions. The opinions might be about what allows a democracy to survive and why some of the most terrible things happen. Democracy is just one of the forms of government that allow a society to survive, whether it is the best or not.
