My Knowledge about Positive Management and Leadership Skills In my previous employment at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, I got a chance to demonstrate my management skills which worked in a very positive way to get my new job where I am Now. I had to suggest to one of our clients the best option for investing his money. To get the best outcome for him, I have done my research on all the options available and studied the pros and cons of all types of investment options like investing in a market-linked insurance fund, directly buying stocks or bonds from the market equity, bond investments or confirmed minimum returns on investments like fixed deposits, mutual funds, etc. and I gave him my suggestion which was a market-linked infrastructure bond along with health insurance. The feedback received from the client made them give positive feedback on my business insight and this in turn helped mecreate goodwill for my company. This has also helped me create a long-term relationship with the client and build my network of people ensuring that I can always expect them to contact me about their future investments and in turn use their contacts and influence to help me in the future. How good a person is in conveying his ideas to other members and providing them with the feeling that they are important for success and, above all, in motivating and encouraging each individual member in all situations to give their best for the overall success is the best quality a leader could wish for. Problem Solving Qualities Having the ability to generate ideas to solve any type of problem and put an end to problems and conflicts is considered a person's problem solving ability.
