So I went to bed around 1am feeling pretty good about my latest purchase. The next day I started DAY 1 of this 2 week diet plan. The next three months were a little struggle I won't lie. I managed to finish each of the workouts. They only last about 20 minutes, so I was able to fit them into my day. And even though I was very unfit, I was still able to perform them. You should just go at your own speed. The only real difficulty I had was adhering to the diet plan and cutting calories. If you cut back on calories, this could leave you with little energy. So I snacked a couple of times, mostly at work when I needed a little energy to get some work done. However, I did my best and managed to maintain the app excellently. I could already see that I had lost weight just by looking in the mirror. I had lost weight, but how much? So I dug out my old electronic scale. Pros and Cons of the Weekly Diet Plan Let's start with the cons. Against The Two Week Diet. No videos: It's nice but it would be wonderful to have some exercise videos during workouts. However, to be honest, this is not a big deal. Appetite: If you choose the program seriously, this will be a problem. But if you're not careful you might realize that if you're not keeping up with the program and you're hungry and running out of electricity you might want to quit. You lose a lot of fat and it's much better to be a little hungry for a couple of weeks than to give in to your urges and stop. Supplements: You can find some additional supplements recommended but I have not purchased them and continue to get great results as a result. Extra Equipment Required: At a minimum, you'll need some weights. The training seat you can definitely do without because you could use a seat. You can buy weights cheaply on Amazon or eBay, although without much trouble. Low Carb Diet Meal Plan Pros Do it at home: I really love that you can do it all in the privacy of your own home. You don't need to go to the gym or consume hard-to-find foods. You don't need a lot of space for these workouts either. Simple to understand - the system is explained very well in the eBook and I struggled to understand what I needed to do. You should be able to read it as a way to get started right away. Easy to complete: Just 21 days is all it takes to see results. 2 weeks goes by quickly although you will definitely be hungry and happy you did it if you stick to the program. I have attempted to do 90 day weight loss programs before because I felt exhausted and tired for too long and ended up quitting after about a month, but the Two Week Diet is short, so you get the benefits and could carry it through . A Complete System: I like that it gives you an exact system. Many diet books simply tell you what to eat, and many exercise programs tell you that you can exercise, but the 2 Week Diet Meal Plan sets up each part so you don't need to buy anything else.
