This means that all assumptions cannot be made based on these points. On top of that, employees in the same job cannot be discriminated against in terms of pay, meaning that an employee paid a certain amount per job, cannot have another in the same job paid more – possible discrimination. This is relevant to Gascon Games because it affects hiring, which means that employees who have the same job in the company must be paid the same, regardless of their race, religion, gender or anything else.
