In a summer school, I was asked to write about my hero. Since I didn't have a hero to write about, I did some research on computer science and came across Marvin Minsky. He answered the question: “Will robots inherit the earth?” his response was “Yes, but they will be our children”. This quote interested me and prompted me to look into this work of Minsky's arm as I was interested in robotics. Then I came across his work on artificial intelligence, in which he tried to discover human thought processes and replicate them in machines. Say no to plagiarism. I was very interested in robotics, but when looking at artificial intelligence, I found myself wanting to develop software rather than hardware. I have become a more independent learner since I got to college and I feel like I thrive more in college than in school since I got an A in A-level maths in one year. I enjoyed meeting new people and the freedom in college. I am currently doing further calculations. Enjoy the challenge of solving algebra. I do level physics. I take programming skills courses to improve and increase my programming skills. I also attended Solving Unusual Maths Problems (SUMP) courses at Swansea University to improve my mathematical skills. Doing SUMP taught a different thought process when solving equations. Making me understand that you want an equation to solve a series of question types multiple times, not just solving one but multiple. I applied to my coding, as I don't want to be able to use it once. I want reusable code. I did computer science at A level, which helped me develop a love for the subject. Since I didn't do any programming before 12th grade. And when I started learning to code, I liked enabling coding to put other codes together to create a different program and be creatively free to code whatever you like to do. program crash, by slowly finding and fixing these errors, I learned how to avoid these errors and how to fix them if they occur. I took part in the "Brilliant club" where I learned about cancer research and the hopes that can be achieved. My final assignment was to write a college-level graded essay, through this program I was able to build a solid foundation of academic writing, referencing and research. I spent the sixth week of my summer with the 'Aberystwyth Summer School' studying mathematics, physics and computer science. I enjoyed the classes and the student lifestyle. I was able to develop my referencing and writing skills to improve my academic writing during the Summer School. I was a senior leader in my secondary school and currently a student ambassador for my college. Representing my school or university should give me the opportunity to practice my interaction with new people, thus helping to develop my communication skills. I was sponsored to participate in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. Where I worked with other people to improve my leadership, communication and teamwork skills. One of the hobbies is chess. I loved how one creative and fatal move in chess, and making a mistake can lead to your downfall. I also sometimes review my moves in a chess engine to see which move I missed, to help me make the right move next time..
