Computer Engineering is a very specific and quite difficult career to pursue. Computer engineering deals with the design of products for electronic computing and communication. These people pursuing this career focus on creating and processing electronic information. I chose this job because I like playing games on computers, examining computer hardware and understanding what it does what is quite interesting. In this article I will talk about working conditions, career history, skills and characteristics, education and training, including universities, and employment. Say no to plagiarism. They produce and build computers for home or work. They also create a new computer hardware format, which means they create new things for computers that they can work on and that other people who use them can work with. Some computer engineers review and improve software, such as coding for the computer system. Their working environment can be in schools, offices, hospitals or even at home. Computer engineers usually work with other computer engineers to combine thoughts and ideas. Computer engineers obviously should have a high-tech computer of some kind to work on to perform work-related tasks. They should have specialized computer software to work with and high-tech electrical testing and repair tools. The typical day of a software engineer is quite intuitive: they test computer systems and work on computers that need to be repaired with hardware problems. Other things they do are as follows: “Diagnose and troubleshoot failed rotational media and solid-state storage devices,” “Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate hardware,” “Modify hardware to allow forensic analysis of media or to modify the functionality of hardware for other purposes,” “Participate in the design and development of electronic circuits and assemblies,” “Conduct technical exploitation and examination of high-priority digital media,” and “Testing and peer review for technical accuracy, standards and design compliance” (McKay). These are all examples of what software engineers can do or will do in one day or in the days to come things employees expect from you, they will expect a strong customer-focused attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, commitment to quality and meeting deadlines, “Must be highly motivated, self-sufficient and goal-oriented to participate as a member of a cross-functional team,” “Demonstrate critical attention to detail and deadlines and be self-motivated,” and a willingness to embrace new development techniques and design aids (Mckay). Computer engineering has changed a lot over the years. Computers didn't really become popular until the late 1900s because that's when they were invented. As the years passed computers began to advance, so computer engineering also began to advance seeing how new things were added to computers, so engineers had to learn the new things about computers. This work today is very complex given how advanced our computers are today. Software engineers must have a fair amount of skills and characteristics to become one. They must have critical thinking, if you compare many solutions to problems it will allow you to/
