When did you sign up?: I've been playing EliteKits for a while now, I've always changed my IGN because I was always bored of having the same name, you can also see it in my NameMC, that's why no one ever remembers me, but I heard about this server in 2014 or so my friends Skilled and Withat4 showed me the server and I really loved the style of the Soup PvP game mode and since this was a great Soup server it's why I always played here, I can't remember a time when Elitekits wasn't on my server list but the time I actually started playing more often in 2016 I think [can't really remember right now] and just jumped on and basically chatted a lot most of the time without even doing PvP, it was just kind of fun interacting with people here and I met some people amazing here and I would never regret joining this server it's really fun because when I first discovered this server I was playing servers like McDreamz and McCritz things like that and it was a it was painful to get back on those servers and once I used my /kit pvp and died I basically logged out and that's why Elitekits was so great for me because it was my first Soup PvP Kitmap server and I spent hours playing there because you didn't have to work for anyone equipment, just get a kit and go fight people and it's not at all rage it hardens you die it's no big deal you don't lose anything and you haven't been fighting in too long.Do you have any previous or concurrent infractions?:No How well do you know sharing the screen?:So as far as screen sharing goes, I honestly haven't been on a server staff in quite some time and I'll be honest, I'm not good at it either, but I would definitely try to learn. I kind of know the basics, but I'm not going to lie and say I'm a god, but I would also like to learn how, I know there are some really good "screensharers" on this server and I feel like, I, don't know much at regards is really my biggest flaw but I'm sure I can learn from the other experienced staff members and honestly I'm slowly learning how to just watch Screenshare videos it's quite informative and I've been watching Tenebrous for a while so I've learned a bit about it 'Previous experience?:Ocean Prison/Sky Prison:This is a really, really old prison server, I think I was a staff member here in 2013, Sky Prison is their main server now but back then they had a network with 2 prison servers prison and one was Ocean prison. I was quite young when I applied, but somehow it worked out, they gave me a chance on the staff and I was a moderator. I was a moderator for a couple of months, but was later demoted. When I was on staff I wasn't really ready. Honestly when I was criticized I wouldn't be able to handle it, I was quite anxious that when something bad happened rather than try to fix it I would just walk away and that's what happened when I found out I had done something wrong by muting the sound of someone when I shouldn't have done it, I thought I would be demoted and I was scared since it was the first time I worked as a staff on a Minecraft server and the first server I fell in love with I just hid for a long time, almost 3 weeks because I couldn't deal with it, I don't know why, but I was too afraid of being relegated and obviously that didn't help,but at that moment it felt right, I don't know what was going on Testa. But after being demoted I was later promoted to Guard which was a small staff rank that only had /Tempmute and /kick and I was a guard until the server shut down. The server just wasn't getting enough consistent players and they had to shut it down, but they still have Skyprison which is their most successful server. I honestly haven't worked as staff on many servers because I never thought about doing it and just thought it was extra effort. I always thought, why would you moderate people playing when you can just play which is more fun. But I feel like it's more about experience and since I rarely get to staff on many servers, I've never really experienced it, I don't understand why, but on any server everyone wanted staff and I was wondering what was so great? And I kind of get it, but I would love to try it and experience it for myself. Why do you want a moderator?: Maturity I'm really mature when I need to be, sure I can joke and be childish but everyone needs to have a little fun now and then, but when needed I can be mature, here are some examples where maturity is really necessary. When your staff interacts with or helps someone, you need to be mature because you are a face of the staff team and if you behave immaturely it will just make the staff team as a whole look immature. Not only is it not the time to be immature when you help someone and make a comment or just act immature, it could make them feel uncomfortable or inferior. Inspiration I met a couple of people who were on staff here and I thought it was really cool Skilled is one of my closest friends who was on staff here, but he was a staff member a while ago and I thought it was pretty cool , he told me a lot about how he was in the staff team, about the goods and the downsides. I admired him because he's a great person and really good at interacting with people, he's really mature when he needs to be and when he talks to random people he's never met, he respects them and doesn't judge at all with people, I mean when I spoke to him for the first time, oh my lord, I don't know how he managed to handle me but he never insulted me, judged me or anything like that, that was in 2012 when I met him and damn, I was an annoying squeaker. Enough about my life story, but he taught me a lot about finding cheats and knowing when people cheat, but that was a while ago, he doesn't play anymore and he told me what the hacks looked like in the game when there 'they were still new ghost clients so I don't know if what he told me is still relevant today. Recording This is one thing I think I'm quite good at, I basically always record and always have proof of everything, I use Mirillis Action! And GeForce Shadow Play so I pretty much always record so going back and investigating if something was shady or suspicious I have time to research, I would never take action on something I'm not sure about but that's why I record everything because if something like I thought that someone was cheating, but I wasn't sure I would always get a second opinion and have evidence so people could see. It's funny because since I'm not the best that's why I record everything to get a second opinion rather than saying "oh he's definitely cheating" and just banning them because I THINK they're cheating is a really bad way to go about dealing with stuff that you don't know.
