Most teachers on campus will witness bullying on campus or hear conversations about things happening at school and do nothing. Many teachers want to believe that students go through that phase and that is how teenagers get along with each other. What is really happening in schools is bullying or harassment. While there may be police officers on campuses, schools should be just as involved as police officers. There is no real law on cyberbullying or bullying, a change is needed in schools for this to stop. One thing schools should start doing when witnessing someone being bullied is encouraging the student to seek counseling and confront the bullies or harassers. Internet monitoring would be another thing teachers and staff should be able to do. Many will argue that it will invade students' privacy, but in reality it will help to see who is harassing and who is causing problems by hurting people who are weaker than others. Many of the victims do not have the constant support of their parents, and school is the only hope for people who experience harassment or bullying every single day at school and, especially, through social media after school. Organizing events on school campuses that will put into practice ideas like stopping cyberbullying or harassment will help bullied students understand that no one is alone in this and that there are more people going through the same things as other people. This will create a connection with these students and guess their actions related to pain
