When you learn a new language, you don't use your body physically, but mentally. Sometimes when we look at sports, we only see the health side and how they physically affect the body. We never tend to think about the mental learning involved in sports. When you learn a new language you don't feel the same pain as when you play a sport, but you still have some obstacles to overcome. If you think about it, learning to play a sport and learning a new language both teach you things about your body. There have been many times when players have made mistakes during a game, and this ties into all the times I made mistakes when I couldn't pronounce the words as a child. It's okay to make mistakes because you have a body with a brain and not a computer. Since I was a child I noticed that I wasn't like all the other children. My friends often learned school subjects faster than me and I always felt like I was left behind because my English wasn't good. That was until I started realizing that everyone had different strengths and weaknesses and that it was okay to be slow. Everyone also has different learning styles and everyone's body works
