They will be responsible for: - Training students for appropriate licensing - Maintaining proficiency in maneuvers - Proficiency in required flying knowledge - Proficiency in instructional techniques - Promoting a positive image of general aviation - Carrying out duties assigned by the chief pilot - Maintaining safe and professional habits The position requires a commercial multi-engine land instrument aircraft and a CFI certificate and those without CFII are expected to obtain the certificate within 6 months of the start date. Instructors must be able to train a student, whatever their current skill level, to achieve proficiency according to the practical test standards for the desired certificate. Instructors will be required to follow the HausAir flight training program unless there is prior approval of the Chief Flight Instructor. Instructors will be required to provide bi-annual flight reviews, check-outs to customers intending to charter the aircraft and… half of paper… an income of $5480 with a profit of 2200 per month. The fuel will be stored and supplied by the fuel truck. The scheduled service will feed all arriving aircraft, regardless of size. SuppliesHausAir will carry a wide selection of supplies and keep up to date with charts, approach plates, books and other aviation publications. We can make a profit of between 40 and 60%, but we will charge what competitors like sports racer shops charge. We will adjust their price to that of the work around that range. Insurance Insurance is an important protection for this FBO. Due to the high level of risk involved in aviation, it will be important to hold monthly safety meetings and have a safety officer rotation schedule that will change daily.
