Additionally, decisions constitute one of the fundamental functional values that every organization adopts and implements to ensure optimal growth and driveability in terms of services and/or products offered. Planning is the primary function of management and occupies the first position in the management process. It is the starting point of the entire management process since other management functions are related to the planning function. Planning, simply put, means clearly deciding on goals and making a plan. Then take appropriate measures to execute the plan. The planning function is performed by managers at all levels.
