It will be important for me, as a campus principal, to encourage effective communication and, like teachers, develop a relationship with parents as early as possible. Hopefully, establishing communication, being supportive, and making parents feel welcome will ensure a successful school year. • What do you think are your limitations in carrying out the leadership roles observed during the internship activity? While I will be as supportive as I can, I know that I will not be able to contact all parents regarding their children's academic successes and failures. This will have to depend on the class teacher. I hope that with a strong support system I will be able to be there when a teacher needs my help. If communication between a parent and a teacher is not successful, I can help strengthen that relationship by offering suggestions and advice. • How has your leadership practice been impacted by completing this
