This article explains a lot about what shared leadership has to do with other variables such as trust and performance. Shared leadership is defined as individuals in a group dividing leadership among themselves. A new committee is formed which is now run by the leaders. This is excellent because the leadership roles are divided. They can successfully perform multiple tasks to achieve maximum efficiency. They find some articles that ask: what dynamics fit into this puzzle? Would these dynamics be related to each other? He says some studies have found a correlation between shared leadership and performance. Sharing leadership also indicates that each leader within that group shares the others' ideas. When you work in a team, you learn to accept other people's ideas too, which directly leads to trust. Trust is a key component in this study. As shared leadership increases, many relationships are formed that bring out trust. When someone is influential in your life, you feel the need to repay them. It creates a power shift within the group. Group members give back to leaders. These shared exchanges between them build trust within the group. In this study there are three hypotheses. The first question is whether a positive change in shared leadership is related to a positive change in trust within the group. The second hypothesis asks whether positive change in shared leadership is related to positive change in performance. Finally, the third hypothesis asks whether group trust can be added to balance the relationship between shared leadership and performance. The method used in this study was to create a simulation game called “Travian”. This game is made to be complex and you have to engage with ... half of the card ...... sorry about the work of the other subgroups. This is why the leaders of each group must possess certain skills to carry out the tasks within their subgroup. It turned out that leaders are divided based on their skills and experience. Influence is an important part of trust and leadership. When leaders influence someone greatly, followers sometimes become so influenced that they feel the need to take on a leadership role. Taking steps towards influence can help your group grow with many benefits if done correctly. Creating a work environment that makes team members feel comfortable and learn from each other increases positive influence and trust within the team. Trust is the most important factor in this study. If there is no trust, there will be no increase in performance or shared leadership. Working as a team and building trust is essential to achieving an effective work group.
