How to effectively use visual communication design in film Visual communication is taking different information and designing it for both print and screen media, even from print media such as newspapers, magazines, books and tickets on screen such as web interfaces, film titles up to environmental applications. Therefore, it is necessary for the designer to have creative thinking and an eye for detail. As an integral part of culture, visual communication design is an exciting and growing field where vision and creativity are involved. It helps the designer to show their creative skills in mass media, Internet, cinema, television and so on. Visual effects play an important role in the sense of movement in most of the film industry(Krasner, 2008). However, in studying visual communication, most students take the wrong path while executing their creative and intelligent design. Pranayama (2006) stated that ethical awareness and responsibility towards the world one lived in and the society one lived with are important for the design and creation of visual communication. Therefore, to effectively use visual communication design in the film industry or other perspectives, it is important. In order to critically discuss the visual communication design in the film industry, the author mainly focuses on the films "Life of Pie" and "Inception" to make this article. Life of Pie is an Academy Award winning film with a visually stunning - stunning 3D experience. The film is based on a novel by Yann Martel and follows the story of an Indian boy who survives a disaster at sea by loading a small boat with a tiger.
