Researchers or grant recipients are increasing as an academic workforce working for corporate needs instead of meeting basic demands for research which should be conceived as a public good or as a tool to improve pubic waist. “In corporate universities, academies are expected to be “academic entrepreneurs,” valuable only for the money and prestige they bring, and not for the education they can offer” (Giroux, 2008). Corporatization has negatively affected the mode of research and scholarship, as it has limited the ability of experts to produce their work. Commercialization in education is not entirely wrong, sometimes it is necessary to support the educational process. But when education is used as a tool to achieve profit as the ultimate goal, the essence of the educational process will no longer be perceived and conveyed to students. Higher education should not be a commodity, it is a human right. Commercialization in a university could pose a threat to the future educational process. Both the government and educational experts are responsible for reducing this threat, so that the university continues to become a place to obtain higher quality
