In other words you can say how the work is performed and whether that work is satisfactory or unsatisfactory." In many ways organizational culture helps the organization to achieve its goals and formulate strategies and propaganda so that correct and effective decision making should work in favor of the organization. Organizational culture has direct effects on organizational policies such as organization structure, group behavior, group psychology, working conditions in the organization, worker/employee motivation, job satisfaction, organizational values and effective control over management. An effective organizational culture can contribute to dissolving various types of complexity, precariousness, doubtfulness, emerges in the particular organization. It provides a substance in perspective and helps in making skillful decisions, recruitment, achievement of short-term goals, effective interaction of harmonious movements related to control over various policies of the organization.
