As a child I went to church every Wednesday and Sunday and didn't know any different. I loved having a community/culture that will never disappear. He taught me to always put people first and then worry about myself. The morals and beliefs I grew up with are things I am truly grateful for. I love saying yes, I grew up in a church and my parents didn't force me to go. I love my faith very much, because we live in a country society, everyone needs something to believe in. I rely on my faith for everything and without it there would be no point in following the morality of good and evil. Going back to small town America syndrome, everyone went to church and everyone knew where everyone else went. If you didn't go to church somewhere everyone knew it. Even though we are not persecuted in the United States for going to church, it is exactly the opposite. If you don't go to church you are judged. Parents always ask "so and so goes to church, otherwise I don't think you guys should go out together." This experience made me think about how people reacted to the things they did in ours
