Caribou created interactive experiences with Co-Created Blend, Yummmkins Scavenger Hunt, and Barista Barge. The tactic engaged customers and allowed them to have a fun experience with their coffee. Aside from research showing that the treat-seeking audience is social, Caribou has not used knowledge of its audience to achieve its goals.
