A repeated lie does not become the truth. Likewise, a constitutionally questionable extension of the assembly repeatedly does not make it constitutional. Since the very mandate of the constituent assembly is now in jeopardy, anything the assembly does will be incompatible with natural justice and due process, even if the outcome is positive. For example, if a scammer donates part of his theft to a charity, the contribution, although it had a good result, remains illegal. This is exactly the status of the new Constitution when it is promulgated by this Constitutional Assembly, because it has already become so
