It surprises me when I remember the reasons I gave for my dislike of school. Looking back, I feel that it takes a lot of sense and judgment for a seven-year-old to express his opinion in front of a large audience. Growing up, I always tried to maintain a sense of right and wrong. Indeed, I am a responsible and understanding person with the ability to impress people. As I work with teammates, I engage in meaningful conversations that help me understand their perspectives. I feel it is very important to respect other people's opinions and enjoy a shared sense of accomplishment. I prefer tasks to be done ahead of schedule in an organized manner rather than having them done haphazardly. I am very careful in planning things in advance so as to avoid any mishaps or unpleasant incidents, which could sabotage the team's goals. When I lead a team, I try to structure a concrete structure with delegated tasks based on the capabilities of the team members and set deadlines accordingly with sufficient buffers. Each person's opinions are taken into account before drawing concrete conclusions. As demonstrated by Schackleton's video in my class, a leader should be very responsible and caring towards his team members. I make sure my team members feel comfortable with me, but I would prefer to have them under my control to achieve better results
