While India is a flexible country, where fewer rules are followed, change is accepted easily and risk taking is more common (Hofstede, 2001). Therefore, India has a low-to-medium preference of 40% to avoid uncertainty. It is evident that such different perspectives on uncertainty avoidance certainly impact U.S.-U.S. labor relations
