Gun laws in the United States are defined by various states and federal statuses. In the United States, protection against infringement of the right to keep and bear arms is governed by the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is subject to federal gun laws. In today's society, it is easy to argue and blame guns for senseless attacks and not the person who pulls the trigger on the gun. The question is whether people want to follow current gun policies or disagree with them. Gun control might be helpful when you own a gun, but people know it won't solve the problem of violence or anything to reduce crime. We all need to know why there should be gun control laws. First, gun laws in the United States regulate the sale, possession, and use of firearms and ammunition. A person who wants to purchase a gun and does not have the required permit cannot purchase a gun. This is why we must check the person's background and criminal record before agreeing to purchase a gun according to the law. Second, state laws vary and are independent of existing federal firearms laws, but are sometimes broader or more limited in scope than federal laws. For example, a felon cannot possess firearms because he has a criminal record or because he has been ordered by a court not to purchase or possess firearms. Finally, state-level laws vary significantly in the form, content, and level of restrictions. Forty-four states have provisions in their state constitutions similar to the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. The exception states are California, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey and New York. State laws vary in terms of restrictions. A state can give up permission for some firearms... middle of paper... feels dejected, a disgruntled person, can inflict mass casualties with firearms. Through the legalization of gun ownership, guns are more likely to fall into the hands of children, which could lead to fatal accidents. I've read some stories and people don't follow gun control laws. Many people are killed every day by firearms, and they can kill or injure someone instantly.
