Climate change is a big problem nowadays, although there are some people who don't seem to fully grasp the idea of climate change, while others simply don't believe in it climate change is actually real. Scientists have proven that climate change is real and that it severely affects our planet with both short and long-term effects. The most obvious sign of climate change is represented by the melting of glaciers, changes in water levels and atmospheric temperatures. It is also proven that we humans are the most responsible for global warming, in the last 150 years climate change has increased significantly. We are slowly starting to see the effects that global warming is having, rising sea levels, rising temperatures, prolonged droughts, increasing amounts of forest fires, increasing pest infestations, increasing respiratory problems and extreme conditions. All of this is caused by some of our actions, such as greenhouse gas emissions and fuel consumption. Greenhouse gas emissions are the real cause of climate change, being responsible for the changing habits of many of our planets, greenhouse gases come in different forms and occur in many different ways. Since the 1950s, the amount of greenhouse gas emissions has increased dramatically, releasing more gas than ever before, and continues to grow almost vertically. Most greenhouse gas emissions are produced by humans, but there are actually some aspects of nature that contribute to the greenhouse effect. It was always expected that there would be greenhouse gas emissions, it is balanced by nature, but on the other hand with the human contribution to these gases, our planet is... middle of paper... ls, fish and even birds . Taking this into account, governments have also committed to trying to reduce the amount of fuel consumed. By developing a new regulation on fuel emissions and producing more environmentally friendly cars we can say that the government is working to regulate the issue of fuel consumption. Canada already has a large clean technology sector, such as hydroelectric, the only problem is that ''it mostly involves smaller companies''. Without simply considering “what is good for our planet”, there is also a political aspect to the fuel industry. It must be taken into consideration that fuel drives the economy; meaning that without fuel the economy would be affected. A few years ago the richest man in the world worked in the fuel industry. Climate change greatly affects everything, whether it is the ecosystem, us humans, animals, everything affects us.
