As Hillenbrand tells the story of his survival, it's a fantastical adventure about how Louis forgives his captors. You will shudder as you read the details of how merciless these men had to tolerate in the camps. There are many different central ideas about how this novel relates to History. Many people throughout history dream of pleasant meals that they can have one day. They dream of having freedom and living in a place where they can repay their guards for being so cruel to the people in the camps. Usually in History, many people would have to fight for what they want or what they believe in, and this is exactly what happens in the story Unbroken. The war was still more than two years away, meanwhile the Japanese were taking prisoners to their camps as Ofuna, Naoetsu, Omori and Zamperini were essentially tormented and physically abused. The Japanese beat them, starved them, and denied medical care, resulting in disease. One of these... half the card... and all his problems instantly vanished. Only then did he know that his war was over. The novel Unbroken was a very fascinating book to read. I enjoyed getting to know the characters and how much they overcame. Through everything he has been through, Zapernini has shown his love to his former enemies. His heart turned to the guards' love and forgiveness for what they did to him and his friends. I highly recommend this book to anyone who gets the chance to read it. This book taught me so much about how lucky we are today. I learned that the United States was a prisoner in the past. This country was not free and because of it so many difficulties were obtained. I'm happy that people fought for our freedom and that we can have the life we ​​have today. I really enjoyed reading this book, it taught me many things about our history and our nation.
