Teaching is not an easy profession nor an easy job to do. The following conditions are some of the cases we have faced as TP students in the school and how they were resolved. The first case we faced was an argument with classmates, two boys were joking with each other, it turned into a fight and the teacher immediately stopped the students asking them to stand in the back corner of the classroom and then he spoke to them after assigning an activity to the other students. The second case was bullying, one of the boys took other students' pocket money and forced them to pay, so the teacher talked to the administration and then the school contacted his family and analyzed the reasons for this. The third case was crying, a little girl is sitting in front of the class and she always cries when the school bill rings because she is afraid that her sister will leave her inside the school so the teacher immediately asks her to leave the class and waits until it finishes the lesson. Finally, after all the dissections among our group members, we recognized that the most interesting behavioral concern was theft; a fourth grade boy stole from his classmate without anyone knowing and it affected the class's learning. The reason for choosing this dangerous behavioral concern is that stealing leads to many problems within the school environment itself and distracts the learning process. So this essay is a small analysis of this behavioral problem and aims to talk about the main reasons behind it and what are some tips that can be used to solve it. Also, how does this affect students and teachers? There are many reasons why students steal in… middle of paper… and why it may work but will ultimately lead to stealing? student to hate the teacher and this leads the student to hate learning. As for the parents, they can lecture the student about the bad things that lead to theft and give some examples about it and the student must listen to his parents and do what they tell him to do to avoid this behavioral concern. Parents should avoid physical abuse that undermines the student's confidence and makes him fear many things. In conclusion, there are many reasons that lead the student to steal in school and they are related to different reasons such as condition, environment and many other things and there are many solutions to be used to avoid this behavioral concern and our role as teachers is to help these students to be more loyal and show them the right path
