INTRODUCTIONThis report aims to clarify the significant influence of mobile phones in general and in particular on young people, its positive and negative aspects in terms of social life, security , health and study together with young people. real evidence obtained from recent research. The idea of communicating via mobile phone was first introduced in 1947 by Bell Laboratories (Merlin Thanga Joy, 2010), and was initially conceived to accompany the businessman and not to support personal life (Campbell , 2005). However, according to (Aoki and Downes, 2003), the mobile phone has gradually become an essential part of the daily lives of young generations. The first section will draw readers' attention to the popularity of mobile phones among young people. The following section addresses the positive aspects of the mobile phone in terms of accompanying adolescents. On the other hand, the third section would explain the downside of mobile phone when it negatively affects young people. Finally, the last section will discuss whether or not young people should use mobile phones, weighing the pros and cons with the support of statistical results. THE MOBILE PHONE AND ITS INFLUENCE First, graph 1 showed that the number of subscriptions increased gradually with population growth and reached 6.8 billion out of a world population of 7.1 billion (International Telecommunication Union , 2013). Furthermore, Table 1 briefly illustrates the global condition in 2005 in terms of mobile phone usage. Total subscriptions amounted to approximately 2.1 billion and were concentrated in 15 countries including the United States (202 million) and the United Kingdom (58 million) (Merlin Thanga Joy, 2010).
