Bemidji State University has led the way in this direction by providing an excellent business and science department with an active and open campus. The other school of interest is the University of Minnesota, which is located in the Twin Cities and has one of the nation's top management schools, the Carlson School of Business. The state of Bemidji is located in northern Minnesota, where there isn't as much activity compared to a metropolitan area like the Twin Cities. After all, Bemidji State University produces an active campus very differently than the University of Minnesota.
