These three laws are the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Act, and the Fair Housing Act. Although these laws are in effect, racial discrimination is not over yet. The Voting Law gives everyone the right to vote without discrimination. Obama's election has reawakened the hope that racial discrimination no longer exists and that the three laws work. However, Obama's citizenship challenge demonstrated that American policies are discriminatory. The fact that after Obama's election they began to challenge his US citizenship showed that they wanted him out of the elections.
