When it comes to empathy, Sadri's point of view will prove constructive to my argument that people should not lose the ability to interact person. Her perspective on empathy also dovetails with Claire Miller, another one of my sources I will use. Both authors discuss empathy from an economic perspective, and each describes the usefulness of this skill when looking for work. Sadiri uses sources such as authors Janet B. Kellett, Ronald H. Humphrey, Randall Goleman, and Carl R. Rogers and Richard E. Farson in Communicating in Business Today to convey his message about empathy. I believe the audience he is trying to reach is employees, employers and business leaders across the economy. He wants these people to make sure they take time to develop this skill because it will affect them in the future
