SAMSUNG: Samsung mobile is a South Korean company founded in 1983. Its parent company Samsung Electronics was founded in 1969. Samsung was well known as a television and home appliance manufacturing company . It started to grow and expand its business in the telecommunications industry since 1977. Samsung is now considered one of the top mobile companies and millions of customers use Samsung services and products around the world. It wasn't until 2009 that Samsung paid much attention to smartphones, but once it woke up it was in full swing. He came up with new business strategies and executed them perfectly. Samsung mobile phones have used all the operating systems available in the market. They got their hands on Symbian smartphones, Windows mobiles smartphones, Google Android smartphones and Microsoft 7 phones. Not only that, they also launched their own operating system “Bada” which sold a million in a month. Samsung's startup began with the introduction of the Galaxy S series on Android. The most advantageous strategy adopted by Samsung was to allow third-party licensing. This means that Samsung can optimize its smartphones for any operating system and its capabilities. In other words we can say that Samsung has introduced a new phone with each new version, updating its operating system and placing it on the rival platform. Samsung is believed to be using a pincer movement strategy on its rivals. In a way it worked on the emergency and accelerated their development. Their motto was to come up with innovative ideas, and once implemented, start working towards another innovative idea. They have made this a continuous process of seeking new innovations and surviving in the battle.NOKIA:Nokia Corporation was first established in the year 1967.......middle of paper......change , but also acted as a gatekeeper was unable to implement changes effectively. He took care that the company's ideas and values did not change, even if they did not achieve the desired result. Nokia can also be called an interpreter as it also discussed the changes within the people of the organization. This is demonstrated by the fact that change decisions were made by the local and national team rather than by the centralized board of directors. But this interpretation was a wrong interpretation for the company. It can also be said that Nokia showed ego by refusing to adopt the Android system on its mobile phone. This decision taken by Nokia turned out to be the biggest mistake in its history. Nokia's every attempt to make a comeback is failing, and Nokia has now realized that it was its biggest mistake and has now wasted time.
