The light turned red and I pressed the brake pedal. I looked to my right and saw my little pixie friend covering her eyes with her hands, “What's wrong, Alice? I have this thing perfectly under control. A hint of annoyance dripped in my voice. “Yes, I know Bella, you're fine. But it scares me a little that Jasper and Edward refused to come here.” Alice finally finished opening her eyes and looking at me with a hint of desperation. He sighed, rather loudly. “Okay, I'm sorry! I have the utmost faith in you." A small smile of victory began to spread across my face, and I quickly turned towards the street so Alice wouldn't notice. I had won. I was still pretty pissed at Alice's brother, Edward and her boyfriend Jasper. If they were so worried about me driving, then why didn't one of them offer up? Whatever. Who really needs them? Not me, that's for sure man is the only reason Alice and I were in this stupid U-Haul I only closed my eyes for a second, I didn't want to scare my leprechaun friend I was NOT going to go there now self-sufficient.
