If difficulties come your way, there is no need to worry because sorrows teach us how to strengthen and encourage ourselves in times of pain. Adversity can sometimes lead us to the dark side of life and setbacks in people's lives; however, it sharpens their minds and develops determination, courage and perseverance to work hard, thus enabling them to overcome all obstacles that come their way. Human beings must keep in mind that nothing is permanent in this world. Adversity sharpens skills and qualities and uncovers hidden talents in humans, as stated by Alex Lowe "Identifying and overcoming natural fear is one of the pleasurable struggles inherent in climbing." It is worth saying that people recognize their hidden power and abilities when something bad happens to them. The bad moment allows people to better understand themselves and enable them to fight for their goals. Success comes to those people who strive for it, not those who wait for other people to come along and make them stronger. Everything has its ups and downs and that's the reality of life. The heart is a good example to illustrate the phenomenon of ups and downs: when the heart beats it continues to beat, life goes on when it stops beating, then death comes and everything ends.
