Write your suggestion and recommendation based on your observation and experience in Malaysia.1.0 IntroductionAn entrepreneur is a person who organizes and manages a business enterprise, taking risk for the sake of profit. According to Martin (2010) an entrepreneur sees an opportunity that others do not fully recognize, to satisfy unmet demand or to radically improve the performance of an existing business. Have self-confidence that this opportunity can be made real through hard work, commitment and adaptability to learn market lessons along the way. For example, when she was offered a nearly bankrupt security company, Datuk Maznah Hamid and her husband, eager to change their ordinary life, took the plunge and sacrificed RM5,000 of their savings. Only then did she realize that in addition to managing the operation, she would also have to be the manager, the clerk, the accountant and the receptionist. To grow their business, they had to sell their house and move to a slum without electricity. But she persevered. Today it is difficult to find someone who has never heard of Securiforce. From the research, there are many steps to be a good entrepreneur:1. Career Experience Those who have business career experience and have successfully implemented responsibility throughout their career were usually able to make good versus green business decisions. This group also possesses bright prospects for obtaining capital and their efforts usually never stop halfway. For example, Mydin is a great example in this matter.
