My father, a successful entrepreneur, taught me everything I know about integrity in customer service. I have been watching him since I was fourteen, when we started working together in the workplace, how he interacted with his clients and customers. I saw the positive reactions the company received and knew they must have done something right. I picked it up and took it with me.
