The process of educational development is based on decisive factors that should be satisfied for sufficient and valuable teaching and learning to be achieved. These criteria are established by federal, state, and local education authorities to ensure that appropriate academic levels of education are achieved. Thus there are roles that colleges and universities must play in preparing future educators to be successful. Once a prospective educator has been successful in preparing to become an educator, their credentials will determine the certification process based on their state's requirements. Once the required certification is obtained, the now proletarian educator will begin his career in the atmosphere of learning what teaching is truly all about. Not just through the academic perspective of education, but the overall view of public education from student demographics and socioeconomics to the total public school funding budget, which in turn will impact the statistics of students who are educated every year. . Developing helpful knowledge, expectations, and requirements will encourage success as an educator not only in the classroom but overall. In preparing for a career that will be beneficial to the student, colleges and universities are prime targets for achieving such greatness.
