Nonverbal Communication (Business Dictionary, 2014) states that nonverbal communication is the behavior and elements of speech in addition to the words themselves that transform meaning. Nonverbal communication includes pitch, speed, pitch and volume of voice, gestures and facial expressions, body posture, position and proximity to the listener, eye movements and contact, clothing and appearance. (Kruger, Smit and Le Roux, 1996 ) distinguish the following methods of nonverbal communication.
