My Core Values and Behaviors The core values I have chosen for myself are challenge, loyalty, perseverance, adventure, and service. The values above describe the person I am, as I love challenges and problem solving. In my job, colleagues often come to me if they can't solve a problem. I am always happy to help them solve the problem as I like to dig into things and discover a solution. I feel like every problem I solve is a learning experience and will help me down the road if I or someone else encounters the same problem. Loyalty is also a strong core value of mine and is demonstrated in my life. I have been married for 35 years, which is a strong indicator of the loyalty I demonstrate in life. My friends and colleagues trust me with their secrets, because they know I'm a loyal friend who would never back away from them. They often come to me to discuss problems and encourage me to give them feedback on the situation. They know they can always count on me to remain loyal and not repeat what they have told me in confidence. I also believe in perseverance. If you want to achieve or achieve something in life, then you must be willing to stay with your goal through good times and bad. My example of perseverance was getting my education like in 2004 when I started college; I lack the skills necessary to succeed, but I haven't let that stop me from achieving my goals. I knew it would take hard work to acquire the necessary computer skills, but I persevered through the difficult times and learned what I needed to be successful. I am proud of the fact that I have earned two associate degrees, a bachelor's degree and am working on my master's degree and I would never have gotten this far if I didn't have the per... half of the paper.... ..these two values have certainly been developed in my childhood and carried forward into my adulthood and will be part of who I am for the rest of my life. Conclusion Although I have tried to live by, the values I have described in this article are just as human as anyone else and have at times faltered. One of the many times I faltered was when I was entrusted with a colleague's secret and I had to choose between doing what was right for the company I work for and maintaining the trust entrusted to me by the colleague . colleague. I essentially had to decide where my loyalties lay and ultimately chose the company because I felt it was the best choice, but it didn't make me feel any better knowing I had betrayed this person's trust. But I guess this is where courage comes in, as sometimes you will be faced with difficult choices and it will take the courage to make the right decision..
