Topic > Online Learning vs Traditional Learning - 710

E-learning and traditional classroom learning are the learning styles. There are many conversations going on about this topic: What are the best learning styles? or which of the learnings should be eliminated? Since nothing is perfect, learning styles also have their pros and cons. Internet learning is also known as E-Learning. You can access it anytime, anywhere in this world. According to Dr. Allison Rossett, she said; “The delivery of learning, training or instruction programs via electronic means. E-Learning involves the use of a computer and electronic device to provide training, instruction or course material.” Rossett believes that e-Learning offers us three things: knowledge, performance support and learning. Knowledge is about working information available upon request, for example if a question arises, students can immediately ask their instructor and listen to the instructor's answer, and students can also participate in online studies or suggest their own information in blogs or on Wikipedia. According to her, performance support is a help, provides information, processes and provides comments on questions. Dr Rossett considers learning to be engaging, vivid and authentic. According to the University of Mumbai, the arrival of information and communication technologies (ICT) has changed the entire world and is also a continuous process to improve the world. The new ICT revolution has empowered academic institutions to provide a more open and flexible learning environment for students. The Internet has once been the most transformative technology capable of reshaping business, media, entertainment and society in many different ways. Computer-based learning and teaching are on the rise in the education sector. The mixture of new information technologies on... half paper...; the eLearning course is also available to other students. It supports the organization by improving training costs and decreasing material costs. E-learning supports the learning organization and online community by ensuring continuous access to the resource and also motivating sharing via the Internet.
