I wanted to tell you that in my house we have something called puja room, where it is in a special room and basically here we have portraits and idols of gods that we pray to A. Here basically we can say that we pray and meditate on the gods. This is quite interesting because unlike most religions, we have this room to worship and pray for family and those in need. Also, one of the main reasons why we don't move is because the way we arranged everything in the house and the room was built differently and took time because we have mirrors, kneeling seats and paintings on the wall representing our of the. My parents grew up in India and when they came here to the United States to have a better life and create me. I don't usually share this with anyone, but they always prayed to a special god called Ganapati. Strange name you may ask, but this god was the one my parents always honored because he removes obstacles. They believed that if they always prayed to this god they would eventually come to America and have their needs met. We thank this God every day for giving us a big, wonderful family with loving hearts and we continue to love and care for each other. Basically, what I am trying to tell you is that we believe in our religion and pray to a loving god like Ganapati, who has helped us live a happy life together
