The Internet together with other technologies has opened communication channels. The Internet has not only played an important role in shaping international public opinions about the United States in the Middle East, Asia, and Western Europe, but has also helped democratize the rest of the world by allowing them to express their opinions. However, sometimes incited cyber public opinions would lead to extremely negative behavior and cause serious problems such as cyberbullying, real-life crimes, and even long-standing social unrest. The Internet has been recognized as one of the most efficient ways to collect and reflect public opinions, so that people of different classes and races can express their opinions without obstacles in the virtual spaces of the network. People can say whatever they want by simply typing on the keyboard in a second.
