FACTS OF THE CASE: As stated in the case, a 35-year-old AKH Group has various businesses spread across IT, consumer products, BPO and telecom. For the development of the company in various sectors, the founder of the company follows an austere way of working. The company's expansion has been organic as well as inorganic. If we take the help of Ansoff matrix which states that growth must be determined with the help of situational analysis compared to standard business growth models and comparison with historical growth strategies of successful organizations in industries or business environments Similarly, the growth strategy should be a guiding force behind other components of the business plan such as the sales strategy and marketing plan. Among them, the company can focus on market penetration and market development, while contributing to nation building as a whole. This will not only help develop their skills but also provide them with jobs.
